"Once upon a time, the sun was out." That is how I'm feeling these days...the gray days of Seattle are starting to get to me. I grew up here in the NW. I've even convinced Tim that I'm used it and it doesn't bother me, but to be honest...looking at pictures from a few months past have made me long for a little vitamin D. One day, when the sun was out, Natty had some friends (Luca and Brando) and her cousins (Sacia and Anna) over to play. They had so much fun running and riding back and forth in the driveway. It never got old and THE SUN WAS OUT! And so I we wait for more days like this...

West Coast Worth Reunion
Ahh, I keep finding more pictures and fun times I need to document! Last August we went to Portland for a West Coast Worth Reunion at Champoeg State Park. I took so many pictures, it will be hard to choose just a few! But I'll do my best! It was so great to see all the cousins, many that we hadn't seen in at least 3 years! We are doing it all again in Idaho this summer and we can't wait!
Aunt Stephanie opening up her "window"on the yurt. This was our first time yurt camping. It was actually a great way to camp, complete with beds, matresses, light and electricity!

We had a fun time playing charades and making up plays to act out in groups. Here is Aunt Stacy whispering her idea to Celeste for Charades. Can you guess what cousin Emily is doing?
We were so glad Oliver was with us during the reunion!

Cute baby Jessica, the youngest Worth cousin.

Here are all the cousins with Uncle Carl. I'm sure we were quite the sight around the campground and park with all of us! One day we all rode over to the local ice cream shop. I think we left their ice cream barrels empty after we left! Playing in the river...(left to right) Cameron, Brooke, Emily, Audrey, Oliver, Aidan.

whoa, go back to summer...
What happens when you get soooo behind in blogging? You forget to add some fun events...so we have to go back again to summer (august 2010 to be exact). We enjoyed a little family reunion at my sister's home on Lake Newman near Spokane. It is an annual event and this year was just as exciting as years' past...swimming, waterskiing, tubing, campfire, s'mores, and family fun.
Aunt Trish, Uncle Clint, cousins Sacia and Anna. Poor Anna with her broken arm. No fun to have that at the lake!
Greta, the resident lake dog.
Grandad and Grammy with the grandkids after swimming over to the floating dock! "Thumbs up! We made it!" Gran and Natty hangin' out on the grassy beach.

Merry Christmas 2010
Our Christmas Card this year
Merry Christmas and a Happy 2011!
Tim's crazy idea of mixing seasons! I kinda liked how it turned out though. Poor little Sophia in bare feet had snow between her toes! And yes, this is in Fall City, in our own front yard. We had a few fun days of unexpected snow around Thanksgiving. Woo Hoo!
Sneaking into Tim's suitcase
I got to join Tim on one of his many business trips this year. Half of his accounts are located in the San Francisco area, so he travels there about 2 weeks out of each month. We miss him terribly when he is gone, but this time, I got to go with him and enjoy the wharf and other fun places! Most of all it was just a fun getaway for us last August. (Yes, I'm still trying to catch up on the blog!)
Spending time on the Fisherman's Wharf!
Creative Sourdough! We walked by the Boudin San Francisco Sourdough Bread Co. window and watched them make it!
One of my favorite pics of Tim
Oh to have the life of a Sea Lion on the Wharf.
We drove to many places around the area. At one point I thought we were heading back to the airport, but Tim surprised me and drove us up to the Oakland Temple which overlooks the bay. This is one of the most beautiful temples I've seen. I loved the grounds which included this beautiful rocky stream leading up to the temple with outside music coming out of hidden speakers in the ground. I only wish we had more time to go inside. Maybe next time!
